To Scenic City Scooters:
Just a note to let you know how much "we" like our new Kymco People 150. Yes, I said "we."
We bought the scooter for my wife. I, on the other hand, ride a Harley Road King.
I find myself riding the scoot quite often. It’s 600 lbs lighter and sounds a little different, but what a blast! We both enjoy it so much.
Thanks for the invitations to the scooter stuff that is happening in our area. What a neat bunch of folks.
Again, thanks for your help in choosing the right scooter for us. Thanks for your shop and the great service, and thanks for the new friends.

First off, I would like to say the staff at Scenic City Scooters are great!
Hugh, Jen, and Stan are friendly and knowledgeable. They seem to really care about their customer’s happiness and safety as well as what scooter best suits their needs.
I know first hand that they are willing to go the "extra mile" that their customers are pleased. I remember when I bought my Vespa…it was as if they were as happy as I was. When it came time for me to ride it for the first time I was a little nervous but Stan took the time to teach me how to ride safely.
Unlike other scooter dealers in the area, these guys really know their stuff. Their service department is unbeatable. Stan is an amazing mechanic, plus these guys can get you the stock and performance parts you need and install them right the first time. As far as product selection goes, I'd say they have the best selection in the entire tri-state area. I really don't think you can find better deals or service anywhere.
For my money, I'm not going anywhere but Scenic City Scooters.

Hello and Good Morning Mr. Schein. I hope you and your family are well and enjoying the spring season. I rode my scooter in to the University this morning and and as always this machine is a real hot ride. I get many large bikers admiring and asking questions and always have a positive response. I have found many 40-50 mph roadway rides to adventure. Thanks for selling and delivering this fine scooter.

I just wanted to let you know about our wonderful Stella experience!
Scenic City Scooters in Chattanooga, Tennessee went above and beyond
the call of duty with the purchase of my husband's Stella. The scooter
was a surprise wedding gift for my husband and without the help of
Stan, Hugh, and Jen at SCS I wouldn't have pulled it off as smoothly as
I did! They continue to be a friendly source when we need them and even
when we just see them out and about on their own scooters.
At our wedding reception we found a moment when the groom was gone so
we pulled the Stella out onto the dance floor while the band played
Mustang Sally. The guests surrounded the tangerine scooter while I
danced on it until my husband returned to find the new member of our
family. It was absolutely perfect!

Thank you for your unparalleled service and professionalism. Any
complement I could venture to articulate would be an understatement.
Nearly three months ago I bought a Stella and sold the Honda Civic [a
former champion of economy driving] I had been previously driving. My
Stella is a whole new driving experience. In addition to instantly
becoming the coolest person anyone has ever met, the sheer practicality
is overwhelming. Everyone that has been to your shop agrees that you
guys are absolutely, hands down the coolest. Back when I was researching
my purchase Stan and Jen stayed 45 minutes after the store closed to
answer questions and share from the wealth of their experience. It has
been a real pleasure. You guys have truly made all of my wildest dreams
come true.
